Complete Automation of crankshaft loading & unloading for various operations. The M/c conditions & data is communicated to master controller via profibus or devicenet depending on the controller. Various sequences are programmed depending on the operational requirement.

Control is equipped with a PROFIBUS DP & DEVICENET interface for the decentralize I/O's(machines). Software signals are exchanged through these Interface between the Cell Master and the machines at 125kBaud. The cell master is therefore declared as a DP-MASTER and the machines are declared as DP-SLAVES for machines with siemens controller. Cell master is also having Devicenet master control & other machines with Fanuc controllers are declared as devicenet slaves .For machines wherein manual operation is required signals are exchanged through remote I/O using Devicenet slave BusCoupler.

Bus Couplers &Terminals: intelligent I/O terminals with Bus Coupler (e.g. Devicenet or profibus) for direct connection of sensors, actuators & machine interface.

Industrial PC: as master, building or visualisation computer.

TwinCAT: automation software for central and distributed I/O control.
