| M/c Description |
Continuous movement of the film , on the fly film sealing & product
filling is controlled through the CAM & Spline motion functionality. Vector control is used for the
film pulling (draw off ) & the servo controls are used for the sealing jaw control mechanism. Poker is
controlled through the stepper control. I/O functionality like cutter ON/OFF, printing , film tension,
film alignment , handshaking with the weigher is controlled through inbuilt motion controller I/O's &
CAN expansion I/O's. HMI is used for the product parameter recipe management & various m/c displays.

| Modes of Operations |
Manual Mode: Referencing of the axes, film inching,
sealing on/off, film tracking , feeling enable, colour mark enable , belt in/out , cutter on/off,
printer on/off, vertical seal in/out conveyor on/off, product drop , single cycle are the functions in manual mode control.
Auto mode: The auto sequence of forming the bag, filling the product & sealing the bag is controlled in Auto mode.
Time synchronized filling control is adjusted during the continuous bagging.
› Feeling enable/disable control: This control is required to set the machine for proper bagging without product. After setting the
bagging the feeling will be enabled.
› Mark enable/disable: This control is required to cut the bag with colourmark control. The printed bags are formed,
filled & sealed with mark enable control.
› Stripping enable/disable: Stripping control normally used for the bagging with snack foods.
› Handshaking signals between weigher & the bagger controls the full functionality of the machine.
Human machine interface functionality:
› Data Entry: The bag length, bags/min, sealing time, product weight, strip length, stripopening , cutting time, chain
count, gas ON time are the entry parameters from the HMI.
› Display parameters: The actual bags/min, Production in terms of no. of bags are the display parameters.
› Alarms & error messages: The interactive pages are developed for the machine status through the alarms & messaging.
