| M/c Description |
Precise blanket movement control is
through the servo controls. M/c I/O functionality like screen head controls, dryer
control, washing, gumming is through PLC. The interactive messages, alarms displaying &
data entry is through touch screen HMI.

| Modes of Operations |
Manual Mode:Printing head up-down movement,
print/flood stroke head Forward/reverse control, Individual head control, washing & gumming ON/OFF,
Dryer speed up/down, Blanket speed up/down are the manual mode operations. Manual mode is used for the printing startup settings of the machine.
Auto mode:The sequence of operation in Auto mode is as below:
› Entered repeat length movement of the fabric with blanket.
› Print head frame down.
› Selected head print & flood stroke ( Head selection for the colour print sequence is entered through the Touch screen HMI).
› Print head frame up.
› The same sequence will be repeated again.
› Continuous gumming is required to stick the fabric to the blanket. Also continuous washing is required to wash the blanket after the completion of the all colour printing.
› The printed fabric is passed to the dryer for the further processing.
Some of the manual functions like gumming/ washing, dryer control controlled in auto mode. The actual fabric printing process is in auto mode.
Human machine interface functionality:
› Data Entry: The interactive touch screen HMI is used for the data entry. The print head selection for the colour printing sequence, required
line speed & repeat length are the entry parameters.
› Display parameters: Actual speed in mtrs/min, printed fabric production in mtrs are the display parameters.
› Alarms & error messages: The interactive pages are developed for the machine status through the alarms & messaging.
